“This experience was great! We had a small class, so we were able to ask chef questions and take our time learning how to make the pasta. He gave us great pointers, both about making pasta and about things to do in Paros. My only regret is that we did not stay to eat the pasta, because we weren’t hungry yet. If we did stay, it would have been a nice private lunch in the restaurant, since they do not open to the public until dinner time. I definitely recommend this class to anyone debating it, just aim to stay for lunch! I think that would have been the perfect…”
